About us

With over 35 years in the medical field and having retired as a Board Certified Orthopedic Physician Assistant, I now focus on fitness, wellness, health and nutrition.

I have taken my military and civilian medical experience, eduction and training and added my Massage and Broga Yoga licenses, Applied Movement Neurology Practitioner, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy Certifications and combined them into the practice that we have today.

I believe I have been blessed by God with healing hands, a compassionate heart and a desire to continue learning.

The problems we have today can’t be solved with the same thinking we used when we once created the problem -Einstein- 


Fitness - The condition of being physically fit along with the quality of being able to fulfill a particular physical role or tasks of daily living activities and can be measured based on goals. 

Wellness -  a conscious and self-directed process to achieve a deliberate result by focusing on preventing both physical and mental illness and injury instead of treating after the fact

Health - the level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency related to a state of physical, mental and social well-being and not just to the absence of disease and illness. 

Nutrition -  the process of consuming substances that the body will convert  into the energy sources needed for growth, metabolism and repair and to help prevent disease.

Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy

Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy is a term developed and coined by Erik Dalton, PhD, in the early 80s after seeing a need for a more integrative perspective on pain science as it applies to the human body. 

Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy was developed as a tool to help relieve our nation's neck and back pain epidemic. By incorporating muscle balancing techniques with joint mobilization maneuvers, a therapist can identify and correct dysfunctional neurologically driven strain patterns before and after they become pain patterns. 

Working in the pain management field is challenging and rewarding. Clients suffering from chronic and acute pain are unique because while x-ray can confirm a broken bone and an infection can be detected by a simple blood test, there really is no reliable test to measure pain levels. 


Broga is a popular exercise choice for men, women and children that want a sportier version of a Yoga flow that isn't focused on stretches and bends.
